Report Says Call Center Use Increases to Fight Recession – Boost Your Sales Now
A recent article by Marketing Sherpa discusses how best-in-class marketers have increased the use of telemarketing to fight the recession. The article says that "a well-executed telemarketing strategy can play an important role in the overall ROI of your marketing spend."

Compared to last year, best-in-class marketers have increased the use of telemarketing to:

- Shorten sales cycles.

- Nurture leads (best-in-class marketers reported a 127% increase in the use of lead nurturing telemarketing).
