Senior Account Manager
Founded in 1981, The AdTrack Corporation (SmartLead) is an established leader in lead management and customer acquisition serving major nationally known corporations. We combine web-based systems, marketing services and consultative advice to manage and market to our clients’ sales leads. This increases their sales revenues and saves them money on customer acquisition. The Account Manager is a key advisor to our clients. The Account Manager works with their Account Assistant and collaborates with other departments to achieve our client’s customer acquisition marketing and sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact between clients and internal supporting departments to optimize solutions for clients.
- Develop strategic solutions to client needs using existing products and services, or newly created functionality.
- Serve as liaison with other company employees and departments to ensure that program and/or project specifications accurately reflect the clients’ expectations.
- Understand and manage data flow between client and internal/external data sources. Analyze client data. Recognize data quality issues. Make recommendations to improve data accuracy and completeness.
- Manage projects and deliverables across functional teams. Lead cross-functional internal and client status meetings.
- Oversee client billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure operational compliance to company policies and quality assurance programs.
- Mentor new and existing Account Management team members.
- Prepare and present client reviews.
Qualifications:
- 4 years previous account management experience, preferably in an outsourced contact center environment. Experience with script writing, assessing the effectiveness of Contact Center programs, and using key metrics to measure success a plus.
- Project Management certification and experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet established deadlines and change as business needs require.
- 4-year degree in business or a related field.

Director, Account Management
Founded in 1981, The AdTrack Corporation (SmartLead) is an established leader in customer acquisition and lead management serving major nationally known corporations. We combine web-based systems, marketing services and consultative advice to manage and market to our clients’ sales leads. This increases their sales revenues and saves them money on customer acquisition. The Director, Account Management is a key supervisor and administrator in the Account Management department, acts as an advisor to our clients, and works with assigned account managers and account assistants and other departments to achieve our clients’ customer acquisition marketing and sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise Account Managers and Account Assistants.
- Motivate, lead and collaborate with Account Managers and Account Assistants to build, develop and maintain positive relationships and increase loyalty with clients.
- Provide support to the Account Management department, helping Account Managers advise clients.
- Work in partnership with other departments to ensure that client programs and processes are accurate and maintained.
- Hire, train, and develop team members. Review and approve payroll for assigned employees.
- Manage team to performance standards and provide coaching for improvement, ensure timely delivery of performance reviews.
- Review and revise processes, manage department workflow.
- Review and analyze daily and weekly activity reports for quality control.
- Provide back-up to Account Managers during vacations, illnesses and holidays.
- Assist Account Managers and Account Assistants in maintaining the client database.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years experience managing staff in a professional office environment.
- Four years client service and project management experience.
- Four years account management experience, preferably in an outsourced contact center environment. Experience with script writing, assessing the effectiveness of Contact Center programs, and using key metrics to measure success.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales practices.
- Ability to analyze data and other types of information from multiple sources to explain a report and results to clients.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to present self as credible in front of senior management at client companies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable with technology. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to supervise multiple employees, meet established deadlines, handle multiple projects and change as business needs require. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-energy position with competing demands on time.
- Certifications: Six Sigma, Project Management, Time Management
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
